This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P, is matured for about one year in European oak barrels.

The process of maturation in wood makes it particularly suitable for general use in cooking. It can be used to accompany grilled, boiled and cold meats. It can be used both raw and as a final touch to grilled meats and seaford. Excellent on raw and cooked vegetables and drizzled on omeletes.
