The Extravecchio Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P is matured for over 25 years in small centuries old barrels made of different types of wood, inside the Azienda Agricola Rossi Barattini.

It is suitable for refined dishes, to flavor classical meat dishes such as grilled meats, escallops, steak tartare. The particularly dense and syrupy consistency, is obtained through a long, natural process of maturation in barrels, can induce those who love Balsamic Vinegar to use it. Especially delightful when drizzled on vanilla or chocolate ice cream, strawberries & Parmigiano Reggiano.
