The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P (Denomination of Protected Origin) is matured for at least 12 years in several hundred year old small barrels made of different types of European woods, inside the Azienda Agricola Rossi Barattini.

It is suitable for refined dishes such as grilled meats, escallops, steak Tartare. The particularly dense  and syrupy consistency is obtained through a long, natural process of maturation in European Wood barrels. Especially delightful when drizzled on vanilla or chocolate ice cream, strawberries and Parmigiano Reggiano.
