Acetia Rossi Barattini is one of the oldest & most historical families of the province of Modena, produces a variety of Artisan Balsamic Vinegars while honoring ancient traditional methods that have been handed down for four generations at the Azienda Agricola Rossi Barattini. This is the first time this famed Balsamico is available for sale outside of Italy.

You would make your way to the Duchy of Modena, there you would find your treasure; a small bottle of delicious liquid gold. A sweet & tart syrupy liquid of precious aged Balsamic Vinegar. This precious liquid gold is known as Aceto Tradizionale Balsamico di Modena  or simply called "Tradizionale" in Italian. These Tradizionale Balsamico are aged in various kinds of wood barrels; Oak, Chestnut, Cherry, Ash & Juniper. The barrels can be several hundred of years old. Each barrel lending a unique


Azienda Agricola Rossi Barattini,is a family owned producer of Aceto Balsamico in Formigine Modena Italy. They are the oldest producer of Aceto Balsamico in the Modena region. One of the most respected and historical families in Modena.

Unlike many Balsamic producers, thier farm is a "Closed cycle" farm, meaning they grow and tend their own grapes, harvest, ferment, age and bottle on their own property. They oversee all aspects of balsamic vinegar production, from the vineyard to cooking the grape-must to barrel aging and bottling.Generations of family tradition and pride go into every bottle of Rossi Barattini Aceto Balsamico.
